Reliance Communications — Illegal charges and service

I have been using their services from last few months, i was informed that i need to pay every month rs599 plus tax, but they send me a bill of around rs900 every months, they are charging for some addition service which i never requested for, they always promised me that they will adjust that amount on my next bill which never happened, and finally they barred my service when it was suppose to be done after 4th of the next month.
