[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Illegal deduction of 177rs

Hi, My mobile number is [protected], from Yesterday there are two deduction of 120rs and in today morning of 57rs.i had a talk with your agent Mr prashant sharma and amit kumar on 198 and they told me that deduction is for data and you had net balance in your acc, its our fault and you will get your money back in 24 hours and while that deduction was made I still had data in my account.mr prashant filed complain too but i had a check in reliance instacare app and that complain is closed too but i have not got any refund yet.This has happened 5th tym where earlier there was deduction of 1280 and 423 respectively where I got my money back after 10 days althoughv last tym 487 I got back within 24 hour so i want you to process it asap.and pls provide a solution so it does not happen in future as fifth tym I have faced such issue, can't be always running behind to even get my money back, pls provide resolution asap.. Once mr prashant told that let me have a check and once he even disconnected my call so later i had a word with mr amit kumar and he said that for 57 he cant file seprate complain as 1 complain for 120rs already in process so he will add a note to same and it will refunded back. Also after prqshant call i am not even able to contact to your cc.i think you havr blocked me for same.i had to borrow friends and thqn i contacted with mr amit.this is really betraying from your end.what kind of service you are providing. Pls unblock my number and pls refund my total around 177rs back and pls make sure for no illegal deduction in future

What the hell is this, still not got any revert till now from your agents and also forwarded to your applet authority.not a single mail reply from them too.do you really care, what your customers are going through.
Will you do something or I will be filing a complaint in akosha too
Your agent riya pardhan finally called yesterday after 7 days and she told that she got my query yesterday only where I am posting for same from a week.most of the time I was doing hello hello on call, she is not replying.if you are providing such a agent for social escalation call than what can we expect for normal care calls.such a poor service, not even she bothered to listen me and finally she told that a complain has been closed and she can't file another one.what a pathetic answer as if you know for first complain where was there a deduction of 1400rs from my account, same concern was esclated around 7 times.is it my fault that you close complain without any proper resolution and some sayin can't check details after 3 days, its none of my business.i posted on same day when deduction was made.I have all the recordings with me too where your agent clearly said, u had data pack.you have been wrongly charged.you will get your money back and also listen last call made by riya.what a harrasment that was, will let you know about your service.how can she say that she can't take my complain.why the hell you are càlling than when I know I am right on my part.I will surely goto akosha with all recordings and message with data remaining and will sue and let you know what can be done.thanks for overwhelming harrases.
