[Resolved] Reliance Communications — I'm complaining about bill and speed | |||
My data card number is [protected]. I'm using 40gb unlimited plan. I didn't use my 3g wi pod for the last month since it broke. The 4g service in the new wi pod device has started on 8th of this month. When i asked the store, they told bill will be adjusted and there will not be a need to pay bills. Now my data is not working and a mail was sent to that the credit limit is exceeded and reliance is asking me to pay 2000. I have been trying to the customer care number for the past two months and it is always busy. I wonder will the line be busy all over the year or is there any setting for it! I won't pay the bill for the unused month. The speed is also very poor. I'm disappointed with the blocking of data usage. Very poor service for the past 2 months. I kindly request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible. I want reliance to restore its good name and service in my place. Was this information helpful? | |||
