[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Incoming and outgoing call blocked

I have purchased cdma postcards no. [protected] and reliance data card also. reliance data card was deactivated by rcom themself. they have informed me to take 4 g network, i don't want that. they have closed my data card and after that they have charged me rs 2300. despite that i have settled full and final payment around rs 780. they have informed me by email. they have blocked my post paid no [protected] since past 2 days. and there is no dues pending in this no [protected]. so please resolve the issue
