Reliance Communications — Inconsistency in account stability | |||||
User id[protected] problem- reliancebroadband.co.in displays "user Id and password invalid" after every 24 hrs session on reliance broadband. Each and every time i had to call costumer care to get my password change in order for the account to work and login again ...but the problem still persist after 24 hrs session. Experiencing this problem since last 1 month, and had called CC at least 15 times for password change and requested a complaint to be reported but the rejected to do so. Assumable solution - Reset all account details, resolve the account errors from server, provide new subscriber id/account. Was this information helpful? | |||||
