[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Incorrect Bill Amount | |||||
Relationship No[protected] Complain no[protected] This email is regarding a complaint about the due payment amount. I have been a regular customer for reliance and it's been a year I am using this number for. Please check the bill records, we never crossed Rs.1200 and how come it has cross Rs.160, 000. Pathetic service from reliance. Even after raising complaint with the customer service department, I was informed that there's profile setting and the issue will be resolved but unfortunately I didn't receive any resolution. Neither their corporate vendors nor their customer care department has any motive to help customers at the time of need. After 3g conversion to 4G which happened on the month of july, they have not even informed us about change of plan. When we checked we were informed that the plan remains same.
