Reliance Communications — Incorrect bill received

I had given INR 1600 during ISP installation at my home. I was told it includes first month bill too.
Now i have received INR 842 as bill. Please waive this bill amount as i have already made the payment.
I got the ISP connection on Dec 31

Reliance Executive Name: Vinod ([protected])
Location: Plamoodu, Trivandrum, Kerala.
Plan Requested: 1 Mbps unlimited
