I have been receiving the same calls again and again asking for the money that i do not owe??? Mdn [protected], i had a credit balance on my account for 750/- when i last used the connection, u took away that money from my account and took about 3 months to process the request for termination and now you are asking for money??? You have sent me two mails one confirmation of termination second apologising for the confusion and then stating you are now about to process the termination and then you have posted my details to the recovery agents asking for money without even resolving the issue???
