Reliance Communications — Internet is not working from last 2 weeks

Hi,
My internet is not working from last 2 weeks. my reliance id is[protected]. i am continuosly making calls to there call centre but nobody is taking action on this. they are not able to resolve this till date. my internet is not working from 4-july 2016.
The company is just fooling customers in name of there service. i just wanted that company should refund my amount. why should i pay them for the whole month when my internet is not opernational for more than half of the month.
