Dear Reliance Team, Seems you all are earning enough money by squeezing common man's pocket. Its been a month i have taken wi-pod (Haier M1) with truly unlimited plan worth 1299. It worked absolutely fine for 2 days and after that the speed is worst than a 2G connection. Inspite of regular complaints by calling customer care has never helped. The 72 hours resolution desk seems to be on a long vacation. They never call back. The customer care people answering calls are arrogant and don't care about customers problem. It is really very annoying to just sit and wait for support. Inspite of paying and trusting the brand makes it difficult for us to concentrate on our daily internet chores.
