Dear sir, i stay in bangalore in a locality where there was never a problem with reliance signal strength. My data card number is [protected]. I use reliance 3 for past 7 month for my business needs and was quite happy with its service. Reliance 3 is very much sufficient for my business needs. But from last three weeks i am facing connectivity issues. Whenever i call reliance data card customer care (Which they never do and never bother about customers) [protected], first, there will be a recorded message saying their customer care executives are busy in attending other customers and finally after some 15 minutes they will get connected and ask to migrate to 4g. After they will say the problem will be resolved within the day, but that will never happen. The next day again i called for the same problem. Like this i have called several times to them and got fed up. They will put the call on hold for 15 minutes and disconnect. This happened for me several times. Now i realized that calling them each and every time i have wasted my time and money. It is useless to talk to them. They are cheating and want to sell 4g data cards by force to their existing customers.
I had raised many complained and they will never solving my problem. When my bill date is there they called and asking for bill. I didn't get any internet so why i am paying money. And then again i called customer care and they said they will escalate my problem and they will adjust my billing amount and call me withing a day. But they will never contact me and they will never solving my problem after that they deactivate my connection.
