[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Disconnection issue

My number [protected], I was using single and due to 4g upgrade the services were stopped and I called the customer care to disconnect but they compelled me to stay and waited for the bill generation and they told me to pay the bill and come back, I did the same and called customer care to disconnect, they proceeded and after many days I got a call back again compelling me to stay and saying termination is under process, again I got many calls regarding why I am disconnecting but the disconnection was not dine and I got the bill for next month. I also sent a mail to an email.id which custiner service provided to me. Now I have to pay that bill also and get back to them? Pathetic service, I ignored the mail and they called and I told the things happened and they behaved like they wee convinced but each time am getting call from.different people and I am fed up with explaining everything, now again I am getting threatening emails from this pathetic service provider. Now again I got bill for next month and now they are telling me to go reliance office and submit documents again and fill a form and submit it to the office. Now I havre to pay bill for two months which I haven't used because of relqince 4g upgrade and they only stopped the service. What a pathetic service ? Do they give jio free sim.by looting money like this from other sources, this is a case if robbery or looting.

By this notice we call upon you to pay the above-referred amount, being Service Charges due and payable, to the Company within 3 days from the date of receipt of this notice. To avoid any legal actions in near future request you to clear the dues.

They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call & billing section will call us daily for paying the bill generated after deactivation .Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .
