Reliance Communications — Internet not working for 2 weeks

Hi I am Amit Dhiman from Phase 6, Mohali My internet ID:[protected] Its about 20th day and my net problem still not resolved. Its fluctuating all the day. It works for few minutes and than lost again for uncertain time. I had filed a complain but they are unable to fix it. A guy cam with no knowledge about anything. Even he don't know how to go into control pannel. Funny... Anyway is there any hance of getting this net connection fixed bcause I just paid the bill for prvious month also. But just worried why I should pay if its not working when I need it. Please solve my issue or call me on my number: [protected] Thanks Amit Dhiman
