Reliance Communications — Internet not working for more than 10+ days .... | |||
Hello, I have taken Reliance broadband wired connection. The connection was activated on 7-July. The connection has been down since 9th July. I registered the complaint on 10-Jul, but till now no one from Reliance has ever contacted me. For getting the new connection, Reliance executive contacted me immediately and took the payment, but now no one is responding. I have been contacting the customer care everyday and get false promises. I did send out mail, and every time response is that its being looked into on priority. Not sure what is the definition of priority for Reliance. Worst part is we spend hours on phone to reach their customer care executive and do it everyday, but till now no one from Reliance end has even looked into it or contacted me. When I talked about disconnection and refund, am being told that I will not get the refund completely as installation charges will be deducted. So Reliance takes the amount, does not give service and deduct amount while refunding. Looks like this is a new business they have started to earn profit without giving service.
