Reliance cheats customers. I would like to inform you that i am entitled for 1 gb of 3g data every month. Your billing cycle is 27th of every month till 26th of next month. Mobile no.:[protected] I have used only 598 mbs out of 1gb allotted to me for the period 27th july till 10th august 2016. You have reduced the internet speed from 3g to 6 kpbs which is wrong. This is being done every month. Email sent on 10th august but till date neither problem resolved nor any one has replied to my 5 emails. Useless organisation. I am taking up the matter with trai as well as mr. Anil ambani. Its better to port out of reliance and go to a better operator Was this information helpful? | |||
