Dear Reliance Team,
Seems you all are earning enough money by squeezing common man's pocket. Its been a month i have taken wi-pod (Haier M1) with truly unlimited plan worth 1299.
This worked absolutely fine for 2 days and after that the speed is even worst then 2G connection. The connection speed is so bad that not even the speed test page gets loaded. Inspite of regular complaints by calling customer care has never helped.
The 72 hours resolution desk seems to be on a long vacation. They never call back. The customer care people answering calls are arrogant and least bothered about customers problem. It is really very annoying to just sit and wait for support. Inspite of paying and trusting the brand makes it difficult for us to concentrate on our daily internet chores. Even though when i bought the device i wasn't any invoice for the same. I called up the sales guy again and again and he told me reliance doesn't provide any invoice for the device as its bought from the individual dealer. If there's anybody out there who is really keen on helping the customer then please find the below mentioned details useful;
