[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Interruption of Broadband Services and Rude behaviour of CCE | |||
Myself Avick Mitra a user of Reliance Broadband Services. Customer ID[protected]. Since last 10-12 days my connection is off. Whenever I am calling to the customer care they are telling that your complaint has been logged. But no complaint number is not provided. Today 21st July I have called at 2:50PM and the CCE Mukul behaved i such way, I have decided to move from Reliance. Too much bad services. Too much rude behavior. No sympathy. No Empathy. I am feeling no one should opt Reliance for their such bad customer services Was this information helpful? | |||
