[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Issue not resolved even after 30 days!-"Fake offer given only for few days"

My number is [protected] and I had sent the below complaint last month but it isn't resolved yet. Every time I get a call from customer service team that I will get the benefit soon but it has been more than 30 days now and it still unresolved !! "I had got an SMS on 17th August that my call rates will be 30p/min for the next 30 days. I used it for couple of days at this tariff. But today I noticed that I was charged at my base plan. Please stop these cheap marketing gimmicks and refund my money !!"
