[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Issue with reliance digital TV Network (Worst service) | |||||
Hi Team, This is rohan my account/Sim Number is :[protected] . my reliance digital network showing signal lost from 30th July 2016 for same I have log complaint on reliance digital customer care on 1stAug 2016 but still my network is in under breakdown after taking serval follow ( I personally call again on 4th Aug 2016 as well as today) but still issue not yet resolve and as per my knowledge your SLA time for rectification the same is 48 hrs and now we have cross the 144 hrs but still my network is under breakdown . can you specify why was the delay from your end? I am sorry to inform that i am a customer of reliance broadband. I am always facing trouble regarding my connection. From last few days my landline is not working but internet is working.
