Hi, I got my number ported to reliance 10 days back and they barred by out going now saying that my address verification is negative but no executive has come for verification. And now the reliance web store people say that my plan is also different from what i choose. Reliance company is fooling people and just causing inconvenience to customers. My outgoing is barred and how do you expect me to wait. Its already been two days I spoke to your executive and there is no solution from your people. They does not even care to attend the calls. Very poor service from reliance. At the time of MNP your executive said that my plan is unlimited plan and now he is saying that it is confined only to 4000 Minutes. What solution will you provide for the same????
