Reliance Communications — Jio sim not activated since more than 24 hours

Waited for jio sim outside reliance digital express store and got the process done. Order number is no00000fu6qw

I was told sim will start in 24 hrs, its more than 24 hrs jio sim not activated, also store manager says, server is down so wait for more 24 hrs. Is this a new way to irritate people.

I have been chasing to get jio sim since 5sept. I also have the token i'd, but then finally managed to got it on 2nd october.
Being so loyal and being a part of change. But the output is false deadlines. I am disappointed with such a service. Can you tell me, when my sim will be activated??
