Reliance Communications — khas offer not given | |||
A message of khas offer (150/- ke e-recharge par Rs. 195 ka talktime) was sent on my mobile no. [protected] on 20/03/2015 which I got recharged on the same date. But the benefits of the offer was not given for which I had complained the in the Reliance Customer Centre, Vadodara (request no.[protected] on 21.03.2015. I had also dialed '198' hundreds of times but no communication took place until on 22nd or 23rd of March, 2015 if I can remember which promised me to resolve the problem within 3 hrs. But till date no solution has been given. I am sorry to say that this problem has occured several times and your customer service has failed to be upto the mark. Please refer to the previous complain. On recharge of Rs. 150/-, I have got another Rs. 44/- resulting to a total of Rs. 174/- (approx.) as against the offer of '150/- ke e-recharge par Rs. 195 ka talktime' ((request no.[protected], dtd. 27.03.2015). Please sort out the problem and do the needful to credit the remaining balance on my mobile no.
