[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Landline phone activation problem | |||
Dear sir, I've applied for cdma landline connection in tharamani, chennai. Handset worth rs.3000 has been purchased from saidapet, chennai branch. They have called me for verification twice and unfortunately i was out of station for the first time and the second time i told that person to wait for few more minutes. He went off before i reached there. Now without any notification my landline was disconnected. I approached saidapet branch for clarification. Their response was poor and they told that i am not residing there. I can prove that i'am residing there with my rental agreement and latest rental receipt also give the confirmation from house owner. So, kindly take necessary steps to activate the connection preferably with the same number and same phone. Pfa the bill herewith.
