[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Landline phone down from more than two months 7 in spite of it company asking to pay bill | |||||
Dear Sir My landline no [protected] was initially down from september 15 which got reconnected on october almost dead 20 to 25 days. Again the phone went out of order from 9th oct, for which i m been mailing to reliance since 9th oct. but they have disconnected my line due to non payment of bill. first of all inspite of asking for physical bill we never have received the same. In this case the phone was down so waiver shouls be applibale & actullay they should compensate for such delayed service as they cahrge for non payment of bill within due date. Still they are not answering my questions and my parents are getting harrased due to the phone dead. please help nishant [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
