[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Legal Notice for Non Payment of Broadband rental | |||
Hi, I was using the reliance broadband for the past 4 months but my connection stopped working and it even after several complaints to the customer care the issue was not resolved for 20 Days. And after which they raise a bill of Rs 299 and i had already raised a disconnection request for the same. I also have received a legal notice for the same. My question is who is going to bear the loss i have had to incur as a result of non working of internet for the period of over 20 days.
