Updated by rollixmac Today I received call from Relience in response of my complaint at 12.29 PM, from No. [protected] . The lady said she agreed that one month bill can be waived off as I had not used there services at all for the period of 17 Sep. to 17 Oct.16. She do not have records available for the period of 17 Aug. to 17 Sept.16 due to holiday, Sunday & will call back on Monday. I do not understand when Relience them self stopped giving data after 22 Aug.& they claim that I consumed 5 GB data in 4 days between, 18 Aug. to 21 Aug.16, on top of that they stopped giving low speed unlimited data pack with out giving any notice from 22 Aug, & now they want me to pay for one month as per there new plan with there new tariff ?????? I totally disagree for this. Ok, let us see there stand on Monday.

On 16/1/17, I received call at 2.49 P.M. from the same number & asked to settle down the account at Rs. 1100/- as full & final payment. Take a note that my billing amount plan was for Rs. 690/- only as per my actual plan & I told her I am ready to pay this much only irrespective of my only 4 days usage i.e. from 17 Aug. to 21 Aug.16. Relience them self stopped giving service to me saying I had consumed total 5 GB data only in 4 days & they have stopped giving unlimited data at low speed with out any notice, sms, call . I never got speed of 4G in my total duration o[censored]sage for this also I complained several times & I got only answer that it is due to installation of Tower. I do not understand why Relience started 4G services when they are not prepared to give 4G service? This is total cheating.
Again on 16/1/17, I received call from No. [protected] at 5.56 PM. saying Relience can settle the matter if I pay Rs. 1800/-
On 17/1/17 at 10.34 AM I received SMS from Relience asking to pay Rs. 2633/-
What type of company you people are running??? Now I think I must take legal advice against Relience communication for mental harassment.
Today 19/1/17 again I received E-Notice demanding Rs. 2663/- ???????
