sir, I ma a reliance gsm mobile user and my No. is [protected]. I receive a message from reliance for recharge 246 for 3GB 3g data. After this i have confirmed it from reliance customer care (198) and made a recharge of 246 online from reliance website. After this i found 2 GB data in data balance and a message next 1GB data will add in 48 hours. After this i have no found data after 48 hours and i made a complain to customer care. That complain No is :[protected]. and today i have received a message from 59111 that complain processed. After this customer care is not able to give me any information due to system failure.
Problem : Each and Every time i have not gotten plan specified data in my data balance. In this current issue i have found less than 1 GB data.
I have no faith on reliance customer care. Each and Every time my complain is resolved through https://www.consumercomplaints.in website.
Here i request to officers of reliance, please add by data balance along with 30 days validity. Thanks in Advance
