Reliance Communications Limited — 3g wifi internet connection | |||
On 30th nov, 2015, i had purchased reliance 3g wifi connection for 12 months advance rental plan for rs 6400/- for a period of 12 Months from 1st dec, 2015. All of a sudden on july 18th the said connection was abruptly disconnected without notice. When i Called the said rcom person from whom i had purchased it he said that i need to compulsorily purchase a 4g wifi connection Paying rs 2000/- extra & take away the 4g dongle returning the existing 3g dongle. Further this information regarding 4g extra Payment was not informed & agreed to by me in any manner what so ever at the time of purchasing the said connection. As i am not Intrested in 4g connection nor did i give any commitment at that time so the question of my taking 4g does not arise at all. You re a reputed company and i not intrested in 4g please arrange to refund me the balance amount from july 2016 to nov 2016 (Five months) rs 2500/- by cross cheque in my favour to my residential address given below.
