Dear Sir/Madam I recharged my mob([protected]) on date 21/05/2015 Rs 36. But I did not get the recharge value. I called the customer care and talke to mrs Nazia . She told me that there was no any recharge offer on Rs 36 in your mobile. Before recharging my mob I checked on *121# and viewed this offer on 21/05/2015. Please do action.
