[Resolved]  Reliance Communications Limited — After recharge rs.195 they give wrong validity and does not provide its internet data balance

Internet facility thats why they take complain...)
Last complain is resolve on 19th june they says that i comsune my
Whole data... How i consume they never say it... I m not consume it as
Reliance communication app "instacare" clearly prove it..

It was not resolve.. I still not get my remaining data... I[censored] buy 1kg
Rice and after full paid shopkeeper gives you 100gm... How anyone
Atisfy... I recharged rs.195 (Unlimited 2g internet for 28 days usually
Gives 30gb) on 3rd june but i can only use internet upto 5 june only
Use 861mb. After that i m complained to give my validity and remaining
Data...9june they return my validity with 0 (Zero) mb data but not my
Remaining data... So i m cant able to internet just watching
Validity... Then how it is resolve someone say... It was cheated
Me.. Just big fraud company...

Today i call customer care again they can only able to check last 3
Days used data of customer.. Then how they say i consume my whole 30bg
Data... But i clearly see in ur instacare app that i only able to
Consume only 861mb data..

O what they actually do from 9th june to today 19th june if they says
That you consume whole data.. How they say... Its totally fraud with
Me...

In between 9th june as customer care say to install instacare app to check your used data so i install it... For that reliance give 500mb promo balance... I dnt want to use it but on 18th june when i talked customer care they say you can use it so i m ony able to use this promo balance but i dnt get my 2g remaining data balance for which i paid rs 195..

For my prove screenshot of instacare app used data i attached with it...
After that harrasment, waste of money and time, i never want to stay
As a customer of reliance.. As soon as posibble i broke that

they cant call...directly...cheater doesnot have that power...after 4 complain no technical customer care never call me..not even customer care...to say how i get the correct benefit...because i never get correct benefit...in 28 days validity maximum days i cant do internet now only 9 day remaining...no more i want to get my data back its totally harreasing, waste of time...i think cheater(reliance communication) win by there cheating...
why why i have to show that sms screenshot..to prove my word...from 6th to 21st june what there technical team do...with my complains...

After end of validity data is also gone... So after my 9th june complain they extend my validity not giving my remaining data... All the msg is in my mobile... I have all recorded call when i talked to customer care...

If reliance communication see from 3rd june to today how much data i consume then they surely understand i got correct benefit or not..

From 9th june ur customer care said to install "instacare" app to check ur used data... As i install instacare app thats why they send 500mb promo balance i can only able to use that promo balance my 2g balance is still 0 (Zero)...
I upload all the screen-shot of the sms... That can prove my word...
Can they show me something "that i get the correct validity and data"

4th june when i first check my data balance to send mbal to 55333 they gives 30, 720 mb and gives wrong validity clearly show 5-6-2016
6th june clearly show no data balance in your account.
20th june zero mb data and promo balance which i used thats given to me for install instacare app..

Image4 : 9th june they extend only my validity of my data pack...

Image 5 show : instacare app how much data i consumed from 3rd june to 21st june 861mb which i used and rest data i used from promo balance.

From 6th june both validity and data both extend to zero then on 9th they only extend my validity not my data... Clearly show in msg... They not return my my remaining data...

After showing all msg if reliance communication give me remaining data i dnt want to take it because i cant use correct benefit maximum of time so is waste of my money... As i till now only 3days 3rd june to 5th june to avail this offer.. They have to give me 25 days validity and remaining data.,, otherwise dnt give it... From 9th june they extend my validity but not my data so i m unable to do anything... I m not begger but reliance communication must be a cheater... Thats prove...

Now they send me the correct data TODAY after showing that images...after
4 complain to customer care number(198)
3 complain to hare(consumercomplain site)...

if i m not save that sms or not show all sms how reliance communication cheat me...then they never send back my data...and question is why i have to show all this thing ? wasteing my time after recharged...after 11 complain...

i will not let you go like that...i am not able to use data from 6th june to 20th june as there is zero balance... in 28 days validity 15 days i m not able to use internet..so you have to give that 15 days extra validity...otherwise take back your data...
