[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — Amount deducted from my mobile account | |||
Hi, I am using reliance GSM number [protected] from last 1 years. In last one year reliance have deducted amount from mobile balance. However this time they have deducted around 190 rupees from balance on or after 21 Nov. I have received a message from reliance on 21 Nov that my mobile balance is 190 rupees. After that I have not made call for more than 10 rupees. On 24 Nov when I tried to call from my mobile, It was nil balance. I have called customer care executive lot of time but they are not providing me details for deduction. As per them, they can only see data and they don't see any deduction on 22, 23 and 24 Nov. I have requested them for my outgoing call history ( They charged me 25 rupees for the same), and also there was no call processed after 21 Nov from my mobile. Now I am trying to call their customer care executive but they are not answering my query and I don't have any further team where I can escalate the same. I have proof of reliance mail where they have sent me my outgoing call details, which might help us to go further. Kindly look in this matter as it was happened previously also.
