I have been complaining since[protected] regarding non working of broadband but nothing has been done to rectify the problem. I have been calling daily to their customer service. They have been giving assurances to rectify the problem within 24 hours but now it's more than 100 hours the problem stays same. None from the technical team has ever visited to rectify this complaint. Kindly guide me what to do.
