Reliance Communications Limited — CHARGING UNNECESSARY FOR VAS WHICH I DIDNOT USE AT ALL | |||
Sir, I was using reliance CDMA post paid No [protected] for the last 3-4 years and my bill was never above Rs 500/- in any of the month and was paying bill in time through internet banking.In March 2015, when i got bill of Rs 1476, I was surprised and i wrote a mail to reliance commn ltd about it but they wrote since you used VAS i.e. network usage of 110 MB so you are correctly charged whereas i have never used network.
