Dear Sir, I have purchased one 3 G reliance dog gel [protected] in the month October but it is not working when I contact customer care after 4-5 days they said their some technical problem and it takes another 7-10 days to work then I request her to close my data card she has taken my request giving ID NO.[protected] and assured me the same is closed within 7 days time without raising any bill but now, I receive 3 to 4 calls every day for money deposition every time I said it was closed and Id no. was given but they do not lisen to my word, The closed Id no. also given[protected] dt.21/10 .Please help me in this regard.Customer care is harassing continously.
