[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — Deduct my balance by activating fake vas service and improper customer care response. | |||||
Always reliance deduct my balance by activating some vas service even i didn't hear that, its about unlimited time you do these improper activity which is intolerable. When ever i recharge my balance got deduct with a sms that bla bla service is activated.. And this time its ridiculous, ₹60 is deducted by activating bla bla service. And tell me one thing, how can i talk to customer care executive. There is no option in 198. Ok, and if by chance it got connected, executive is that much busy that they didn't pick up my call. They said "it may take time more than 5 mins" realy but i waited for 20 mins and no one pick up my call.. So sir please refund my amount and i also want to switch my service provider.
