Reliance Communications Limited — didn't get benefits after recharge | |||
My mobile no [protected] and compliant number[protected]. On 8/Jan/2014 i receive message from Reliance that with 25 Rs recharge i get R to R call 10 paise other 30 paise and 500 2G data. but same day when i recharge i get only discount in call rate but not net(500mb data) pack and after gives the complaint they don't add data and send me message that data has been added on your account.and i trying to connect with mail they give same reply benefits are added. the question is that if benefits are added then tell when they are added and when i used that and now they are close my all customer care lines Was this information helpful? | |||
