Reliance Communications Limited — I'm complaining about wifi dongle and broadband connection.

I had purchased a Reliance Wi-Fi dongle (ZTE 3G Dongle – AW 3632) on 13th January 2016 from your Kolkata, Jadavpur outlet M/s A. Y. Communication. I am using this dongle in my desktop computer at home. With regret this is to inform you that till today I did not get stable internet connection continuously for 5 minutes. It is malfunctioning. I am running pillar-to-post and post-to-pillar to stable this device. No one can provide appropriate solution. In between one duplicate SIM has been issued by M/s A. Y. Communication but problem remains the same. In last seven days I have tried to get my level best support from Customer Service Cell. The problem is that either the call centre executives are not able to understand the actual problem or they have no solution. During installation and afterward, I am facing the following problems:
1) I am using the aforesaid dongle in my desktop computer and the OS in my computer is windows 7. I am using Quick Heal Internet Security ante-virus.
2) Reliance dongle Setup not installed in my computer automatically. While force installing from windows folder by clicking setup, it is creating a “3G Mobile Hotspot” shortcut in my desktop.
3) If I click the shortcut or insert dongle in USB port, it is opening http://www.m.home/index.asp page for entering username and password. If I enter admin and admin, ZTE home page opening with Internet Connection Status info, Wi-Fi Status info and Network Connection Status info. On the top right corner showing SIM type GSM, Status Connected and 2 to 3 signal bar, very rare shows 4 signal bar.
4) If I go to Control Panel - Network and Internet - Network and Sharing Center, it is showing Connections: Reliance Broadband but Access Type: No Internet Connection.
5) If I See Reliance Broadband Status, it is showing serially, No Network Access, No Network Access, Enabled, Time span and Speed less than 10 Mbps.
As a result I am failing to access the internet. To be noted that in the ZTE home page if SIM type is WCDMA and 3 signal bar then I can access the internet but unfortunately
within 5 minutes it configures back to GSM SIM.

Well, some similar sort of problem with my ZTE AW3632 ( wifi dongle), i had purchased from amazon.in, i have very rarely used the wifi dongle from past 2 years. Recently, i could able to connect to dongle with wifi but after 5-6 mins the gsm module led turns from green to red, indicating the dongle couldnot able to establish network with gsm tower. When i restart dongle, for 5-6 mins it works but again gsm led turns green to red.
