Today i was charged rs 100 for isd calling to number 0073872 which is of russia, which was not done by me. they are saying that the call was made to this number and as per my info i dint called to this number and also there is no call log for this number.
After calling customer care multiple times they are giving different answers all the time also i have recorded the call for futher process. first time they said the call was made to brunie after i searched the country code and more detail it was found that the country code is not of brunie and later when i called and ansered all this they said the call was made to russia this is seriously they are trying to fool us. i noted the interaction id for each call [protected], [protected], [protected] of ashwani, mohmad, dananjay paswan and satyam. i want my balance back as this is just a fraud they are doing and charging us for none. please forward my request and refund my balance. my email id is gauravkhandelwal.
