Reliance Communications Limited — Monthly rental bill for disconnected phone connection

I have a request for disconnection of phone on Sept 2014. Subsequently the phoned stopped working. I was still getting monthly bills with monthly rental added to it. Later i was told that my connection was changed to 3 year free incoming without monthly rental. I am still receiving monthly rental bills. The only answer i get from Customer care is your connection is disconnected. Given below is the summary of the replies from Reliance Customer care Tue, Sep 9, 2014 at 7:27 PM - Termination request raised. - if you wish to terminate the connection we request you to write to us with the following details: Mon Sep 29 2014 at 13:16:00 - Your request has been/was registered with service request ID: UCS[protected]on 29/09/2014 at 01:05:03 pm ). It would be resolved within 15 days from the request date - The services of your number will be suspended within 7 days. You will receive a call from us within 7 days to process your request.
