Dear Sir, My broadband service on reliance netconnect prepaid connection No [protected] UP East has suddenly stopped working since last 5 days in spite of balance data usage. Call Centre has normal reply to offer regarding 'some technical issues in Circle'. The connecting interface shows ZERO Signal Strength. As per other locals of the area, reliance is upgrading to 4G. Is the problem due to upgradation? When will I be able to use my NETCONNECT CDMA dongle? Is it essential to upgrade? Kindly direct your representative to call me on [protected] asap.
