My name is nasruddin a port-in customer with reliance since last 4 years. I've faced lots of issues with reliance but i'm still with the same company but i think this is the time to move on. My only concern was about the sim replacement when i goes to the reliance mobile store located in mohali under the name & address of :

I just want to re-issue a new cutting sim which i can use my in iphone & samsung phone as well as sometime i needs to change my handset but when i goes to relaince mobile store & ask for my my prepaid sim replacement they said they don't have new sims available & they refer me to nearby store in ph-7 mohali or advised to come another day so i did the same i tried to go another several day but still they have same issue. But today i goes to the another store in ph-7 mohali whose name & address is :
Royal enterprises booth no. 132, phase 7, mohali mohali punjab 160047
They asked my if the ph-5 had refered me then i said yes. Then they said they have same issue sim are not available for prepaid customer & they gave me a rubish reason, said due to some terrorist activities relaince company is not providing sims to us. But he tried to search a sim in his store & he got a sim but still he denied to give me the sim just because of sale. He said if a new customer comes to my store & ask for new connection then what will i give? & he advised me come at the time of closing of store, or go to chandigarh store.
Is it a joke or this is a govt.Organisation, where they don't have any respects regards to their customer.
The reason behind all this matter is just i'm a prepaid customer when i asked them to convert my sim to postpaid sim both agency do ready for issue a new sim for me. I was shocked to hear about this. I'm the only person who raiseing the voice against this injustice, but there are lots of customer like me in mohali who were facing the same issue like me. I think this is pathetic customer service by reliance. Kindly look into the matter & take some suitable action as soon as possible before you loose your customer.
