Reliance Communications Limited — Not able to contact customer care | |||
I tried to contact Reliance cust care on 198 on[protected] from my mobile No-[protected] but failed. As soon as I was directed (by the computerised voice call) to press 9 to talk to cust care secretary, the call got disconnected abruptly merely informing me my balance and and thanking to call. Then I tried to build up contact from another No-[protected]. Luckily the cust care secrretry picked up but informed me that I could contact with cust care secretary only for 3 times from a particular number. Then when I wanted to talk to the senior Executive, my call was promptly put in a waiting mode for more than 30 minutes(from 1534 hrs- 1604 hrs) without any answer. The secretary to whom I talked to was Subhashree. I would like to know if there is any such rule as told by the secretary and why the call was put into waiting mod for such a staggering 30 minutes.
