Reliance Communications Limited — Over invoice | |||
From last one month we are suffering from the internet speed of reliance and getting 2g cdma speed and still we receiving the invoice from reliance of 3g cdma service its really very shameful company. Please request the top management of company to reduce the last month bill as per your service given from past 1 month. No one have update from when the services start and device of 4g has sold to us at 899 by false information of customer care and sale people that 4g will start with 10 working days., but from past one month no one in company ready to tell about 4g startup. Company need to see the service before sending any month invoice to customer, money is not hanging on tree of small people like us. Please kindly correct the bill with 2g monthly plan, otherwise i am not going to pay the current month invoice to reliance. Was this information helpful? | |||
