Reliance Communications Limited — Phone outgoing stop without notice | |||
Dear Sir, I have used Reliance number ([protected]) last 10 years last month I have change post paid to prepaid and submit all documents. Around 12-15 days back my phone outgoing suddenly stop and when I connected call then the voice message come" You have insufficient balance" after that I have call customer care and every time customer care person said your problem solved around 48 hours. On 23rd July I have make call and shouted customer care person then he checked and tell me that "you submit the ID proof of address and photo then the phone outgoing active". Please solve my problem.
