Reliance Communications Limited — Reliance 3g data card does not work and forced to purchase 4g data card | |||||
I purchased reliance 3g netconnect data card in august 2015 with a 1 year advance rental plan. starting june 2016 i have experience huge interruptions in service and the card does not work. on contacting the customer service, i am forced to purchase 4g data card and pay additional 1000 rs in order to continue the services. Relationship no:[protected] Why am i forced to purchase new device and pay extra money. the company is not delivering the services as promised during the purchase.
