Updated by M.Mistry Sir, I was really upsate by relence staff and advocate, I was paid every single Rs. and also give application to close my Broad Band No.[protected] by mail, but they never take any action and send me bills, calls and messages forcefully to pay for bills.my account in suspence as they inform but i dont want to continue with them. What should I do, please to guide me Thanks M.Mistry

Updated by M.Mistry I was asking detail for recovery amount on 6th June 14, but there is no answer from Relience Relationship Team, and today their advocate call to me for samans. There for I remind today and mail him as below, They permenent appoint a agency for recovery without information.

Your final payment was paid on 12th March, 13 of Rs. 170 /- for Broadband ID[protected] and also your mail for no due till 13 th March' 13. as you confirm on mail. and you were suspend my service from December ' 12.
Then I have to know why you want to recover Rs. 1540/- . clarify.ASAP. connected this i was mailed on 6th June'14 .with all details but there is no answer from your side.
Your advocate call me from Mob.[protected] and inform me today for the Saman, what kind of notice or saman ? ( they dont have any information ). What is my crime ? you treated every customer like this, wHO disconnect service by your behavior, recover some amount and pressurise them by advocate.you also have to give right and every details to your advocate with amount.If any
person asking for recovery they dont say, I dont Know, my job is only give notice and saman.
I already send all supporting mail proof with mail to relience.
send mail address of your Advocate. If you donot have information, I will give him all mail detail for easy process for notice or saman.
