Hope you are doing well, but your customers are not.
As discussed, we have requested to initiate the termination request & got the response from your customer care over phone that our connection got terminated and there no amount pending to pay.

Now what is point to file case on us for the negligence of your customer care, retail outlet which did not respond well for the customer voices. Seriously?? A brand grows big only if the customer gets satisfied, but i believe if reliance tends to make such things no one will be satisfied.

I believe reliance will take necessary action to clear up this issue.

After forwarding our mails to Mr. Gautham (Advocate) who represented as an advocate from Reliance. During the last week, he transferred the call to Customer Information officer Reliance - Mr. Sharmeth Kumar. He conveyed us that the case is closed. And we need not pay to any bills. And they said we will receive the confirmation mail shortly.

Unfortunately we are still receiving the calls from the reliance side to pay the bills. Kindly send us the required clearance mail for the closure of the case. I believe Reliance will do the needful atleast this time. And there is no proper response from the Reliance technical team & legal team about this.

We are very much irritated by the way we are receiving the calls. The language and the tone what they use is not a professional way. A Eg : (Same dialogue)
"We have filed the case for the money fraudulent and we want you to pay bills. Pay bills otherwise you will suffer" .

Even after these much explanations still the same. Thanks a lot.

I believe Reliance will take necessary actions and resolve this issue. And as said, I am been charged for the negligence of Reliance employees. We wish this has to be taken as a serious issue and been solved. This issue is dragging since last June 2015. We need the confirmation mail for the disclosure this time.
