[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — Reliance wipod - change in data plan rentals | |||||
Dear sir, I have used reliance wipod cdma pro3 connection from last jan-16, my card no is [protected] & [protected]. I have received the upgrade request cdma pro3 to 4g with condition of no increase in data plan rentals from reliance communications limited on 03.05.16 and i have upgrade request send to company for upgrade. But, after upgrade the same, i have received the bill with increase the rentals from 999/- to 1100/- & also reduce data from 12gb day + 12 gb night to 5 gb only. Please resolve my issue & provide same plan whatever declare at the time o[censored]pgradation by the reliance communications limited.
