[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — some random unknown plan activated | |||
I have recharge my Reliance GSM phone number [protected](Rajasthan circle) for Rs 175.instead of topup or talktime some random plan got activated .i have got message "dear customer your recharge for BBPRELITE175 is successful.i do not know what this plan and its not showing in talktime also.i got message on[protected] at 01:24:31am.i called customer care also, i have got negative response, even they dont know whats this plan is for? i request reliance communication to please look into the matter as early as possible, its quite frustating being as reliance customer for last 5 years they are giving this unwanted response.please look into this and do needful thanking you.
