Reliance Communications Limited — Unfair deduction from balance and no helpful response from customer care | |||
I have to complain against Reliance communication. I had recharged by phone([protected]) Rs.123 about a month ago which is said to provide 1 GB data and 30 days validity (now its incremented to Rs.156). The attachment is a snapshot showing that I still have 168.52 MB of data and valid till[protected]. But my balance is being deducted since yesterday i.e.,[protected]. I have tried to contact customer care many-many times. Most of time its say 'please try after sometime' and even when sometimes it connects, once the customer care asked to hold and keep holding for infinity, the second time he said that the balance will be returned in next 5 minutes but nothing happened.
